Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Alzoth LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Astral Pick,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of astralpick.com, astralpick.app, our emails and any related app or service (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Where your state sets a higher minimum age for buying lottery tickets (for example 21), you must meet that age before using our picks to play. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.
2. What the Service is, and what it is not
What we do. We generate lottery number suggestions for games such as Powerball® and Mega Millions®. Our suggestions combine astrological content (horoscopes, zodiac signs, tarot) with a statistical filter that favors numbers which, based on published prize data, appear to be chosen less often by other players.
No predictions. Lottery drawings are random. Nothing in the Service predicts, forecasts or influences the outcome of any drawing. Astrological and tarot content is offered as entertainment and does not claim to be accurate, scientific or predictive.
No better odds. Our suggestions do not change your probability of winning any prize. Every valid combination has the same chance in every drawing. The only effect we aim for is that, if your numbers win, fewer other players may hold the same numbers. We cannot guarantee that effect in any drawing.
No tickets, no gambling. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, hold your money or pay prizes. You buy tickets, if at all, from official lottery retailers at your own discretion and expense.
No affiliation. Astral Pick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Powerball, the Multi-State Lottery Association, Mega Millions, any state lottery or any lottery retailer. Powerball® and Mega Millions® are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games.
3. Waitlist, emails and future paid features
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive emails from us about Astral Pick, including launch updates and number picks. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or any obligation to buy anything.
If we introduce paid features, we will present their price, billing period and cancellation terms before you buy, and those terms will apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing on the Site is a sale of lottery predictions or a promise of winnings.
4. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under the required age or where its use is prohibited by law;
- scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our picks, content or data in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Service;
- present our picks as predictions or guarantees, or use our name to promote any lottery, gambling or ticket-resale service;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
The Site, its text, design, logos, software and the Astral Pick name are owned by Alzoth LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Service. You may share individual picks for personal use, for example with your office lottery pool.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
As-is. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY NUMBERS WILL WIN, THAT ANY PRIZE WILL BE LARGER OR SHARED WITH FEWER PEOPLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Your decisions. Whether, where and how much you play is entirely your decision and responsibility. We are not responsible for any money you spend on lottery tickets or for any prize you do or do not win.
Limitation. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALZOTH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST WINNINGS, LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 50.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
6. Responsible play
Lottery play should be fun, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Set a budget before you buy and never chase losses. Our content will never tell you to buy more tickets or that a particular day is “lucky” for spending.

7. Governing law, disputes, changes and contact
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.
Disputes. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the matter informally for 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on the Site with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
Severability and entire agreement. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
